We recently had the distinct honor of being invited to the prestigious Forum of Robotics Teachers in the Republic of Moldova. This invaluable opportunity allowed us to connect with dedicated educators and contribute to the vibrant growth of the country's robotics community.
During our participation, we focused on sharing practical insights and fostering engagement through several key activities:
We presented a compelling FTC demo match, which served as a dynamic illustration of competitive robotics. We meticulously detailed our gameplay strategy, highlighting the strategic thinking and teamwork involved, and shared insights into how we effectively perform in competitions. This provided a tangible demonstration of high-level robotics principles in action.
A significant part of our contribution involved actively participating in organizing specialized workshops designed to empower and educate participating teachers:
FLL Workshop Focus: At the dedicated FLL workshop, we delved deep into the intricacies of the robot game. Discussions centered on design principles, strategic approaches, and best practices for success in the FIRST LEGO League challenge.
FTC Workshop Deep Dive: For the FTC workshop, our primary focus was on the crucial role of the engineering notebook. We shared our accumulated experience from various competitions, offering invaluable lessons learned regarding documentation, design iteration, and effective team collaboration.
Our team is incredibly proud to have played a part in nurturing and developing the robotics community within the Republic of Moldova. It was a truly rewarding experience to engage with such passionate and dedicated educators, seeing their enthusiasm for integrating robotics into their curricula.
We eagerly anticipate witnessing the growth of new teams and the emergence of passionate mentors in the upcoming season. The incredible spirit and dedication we encountered at the forum reinforce our commitment to this vibrant field and its potential to inspire future innovators. We look forward to seeing the incredible achievements that lie ahead!
The highly anticipated and inspiring OpenMinds 2025 will be held on July 19 at the Tekwill Technology Center.
We are pleased to participate in "Maker Faire Chisinau," showcasing our work and engaging with professionals from various industries.
Our team met with Presidents Nicușor Dan (Romania) and Maia Sandu (Moldova) at the Moldovan Presidency, discussing youth and STEM.
