For two consecutive years, we organised an FLL demo for our junior team, TerraBite. RoboRangers members mentored younger students and helped them develop teamwork and practical skills. The winning group earned an opportunity to join RoboRangers FLL the following season, creating a repeatable pathway for team growth.
Our focus was practical: show the work, invite questions and make robotics more accessible.
Outreach is part of how we build a stronger team. By explaining our work to others, we practise communication, create new connections and give younger students a way into robotics.
